Agreement of the Printing Policy


The following Printing policy must be agreed to and abided by for use of our websites & services. Please be aware that Blue Falls Media, Inc. reserves the right to modify the privacy policy at any time and without notice.

Copyright Protection

You agree not to provide Blue Falls Media with any artwork, designs, photographs, text or information or any other content that you do not have the right to reproduce. You further agree that in the event you do provide us with unlicensed or copyrighted material to reproduce you are responsible in whole for all penalties, legal expenses and fines relating to Blue Falls Media reproduction of such materials.

Printing Payment Terms

On all Print Orders 100% payment is Due at Order. Blue Falls Media will not do any work on orders until payment has been made in full.

Misspellings and Development Damage

Blue Falls Media is not responsible for errors or submissions by the Client including but not limited to: Misspelling, Damaged Fonts, Bleeds, Graphics, Wrong Cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds.

Approval of Order



Orders are considered approved by the Client once payment has been received by Blue Falls Media.

Online Order Proofs

Blue Falls Media will send a digital proof. No Hard Proofs will be provided. Digital Proofs should be used to check text information and layout only.

We cannot assume responsibility for spelling errors, missing or incorrect information that you fail to submit or correct.

Refusal of Service

The Client understands and acknowledges that Blue Falls Media reserves the right to refuse, at any time, to print or mail any copy, photographs or illustrations of any kind that in its sole judgment, it believes, is an invasion of privacy, is degrading, libelous, unlawful, profane, obscene or pornographic; or tends to ridicule or embarrass, or is in bad taste, or which in its sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, trade name, or copyright, belonging to others.

Blue Falls Media reserves the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.

Order Cancellation & Refunds on Our Printing Service

There will be a cancellation fee (15%-25% of order amount) for all orders cancelled prior to production. Additional fees may be assessed depending on the stage of production.

If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. Blue Falls Media will not issue a refund or credit on Printing Services. The Client must notify Blue Falls Media within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the printing or cutting, Blue Falls Media will be happy to discuss a possible reprinting your job free of charge.

In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. All charges related to Rush Printing or Shipping are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.

All Sales Are Final.


Liability

BLUE FALLS MEDIA AND ITS EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES AND VENDORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THEIR WORK OR SERVICES OR THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO AN ORDER OR THE PERFORMANCE OR BREACH THEREOF, EVEN IF ADVORTISE LLC OR ITS EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES AND VENDORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to protect and hold harmless Blue Falls Media (and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or employees) from any claim or demand (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of a project produced for you through our site.

Color Matching



Blue Falls Media does not guarantee exact color matching. Due to the nature of our printing it is standard that the color and brightness of images may shift up to 5 - 15%.

Delivery Times & Shipment

Blue Falls Media does not guarantee exact delivery dates, due to 3rd party shipping companies and their policies. All prices are based on a single delivery per order. We do not and can not split ship orders.

Returned shipments to Blue Falls Media will not be refunded and additional shipping cost will be required prior to reshipping your package.

BLUE FALLS MEDIA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPMENTS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITH THAT SHIPPING COMPANY.
